All users must adhere to safety guidelines and staff instructions while using the facility. HomePlate Hitting reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
Memberships, cage rentals, lessons, parties, and other services must be booked in accordance with our scheduling policies. Cancellation policies and fees may apply. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account or login information provided.
All payments for services, memberships, rentals, and merchandise must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or service offerings at any time.
Participation in baseball, softball, and related training activities carries inherent risks of injury. All participants acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own discretion. Participants may be required to sign a waiver prior to using the facility.
HomePlate Hitting Facility is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or personal property loss incurred while on the premises. Participants and their guardians assume all responsibility for personal safety and belongings.
We respect your privacy. Information collected through our website or in person is used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or share your personal information without consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
